Partners was founded in 1983 by Jim Mascarelli and Charlie Polachi. An AESC-member firm, it was based in Lexington, Massachusetts and named one of the forty leading search firms by Executive Recruiter News. In 1998 Fenwick was acquired by Heidrick and Struggles. The offices were later moved to and combined with Heidrick's Higham office, and finally rolled into their downtown Boston location. Charlie now operates Polachi and Company. |
